Data we collect
We collect only what you send us through the inquiry form (name, email, message) and basic, anonymised server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) required to operate the site and protect it from abuse.
Purpose & legal basis
Inquiry data is processed to reply to your request (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR). Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in a secure site (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then deleted. Logs are rotated within 30 days.
Recipients
Data stays with the house. Technical processors (hosting) act on our written instructions within the EU/EEA.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
Cookies
This site does not use cookies. We do not set any cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Your language preference and age confirmation are stored locally in your browser (localStorage/sessionStorage) and never transmitted to us.
